THE LIVING DESERT
THE LIVING DESERT is a 1200 acre public desert zoo and botanical garden. It is a short golf cart drive or walk from all three South Palm Desert communities where Bev specializes in real estate activities for Ironwood, Monterra and the Summit.

Many polo players would agree that there is no better polo destination west of the Mississippi than Empire Polo Club during the winter season. Beautiful fields, sunshine and palm trees abound when the rest of the world is shivering with cold. What most people don’t know is that Empire Polo Club hosts an annual Summer Polo Camp for kids.

COLLEGE OF THE DESERT
Adjacent to the McCallum, every Saturday and Sunday the COLLEGE OF THE DESERT Alumni Association holds a friendly STREET FAIR (aka swap meet) on the college campus. Unlike most open-air markets of this kind, this is a fundraiser that benefits the College of the Desert.

PALM DESERT CIVIC CENTER PARK
This recreation fun zone is a hidden gem when it comes to attractions in the Desert, a short drive or a fun bike ride from the communities Bev serves.

THE SHOPS ON EL PASEO
Located one block south of HWY 111, between Portola and Monterey, is the Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive of South Palm Desert. Here you can shop ’till you drop and then dine in style.

PALM SPRINGS AERIAL TRAMWAY
Aboard the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, World’s Largest Rotating Tramcar, you will experience a breathtaking journey up the sheer cliffs of Chino Canyon.
