Bev was very responsive to our inquiry about several specific Ironwood properties in which we would have an interest in. She prepared a letter to each of the property owners, one of whom responded with a willingness to sell. With just one visit to the property, we were able to make a decision and quickly negotiate a sales agreement. The process continued very smoothly through inspections and closing, despite the fact that we were traveling during that time. It has been almost 3 weeks now since Bev sold my home. It has been a stressful 8 months situation with my beloved husband dying and having to sell our home in Ironwood.
